Navy Enlisted Rate Exam Prep

Any enlisted sailor seeking advancement to E-4, E-5, E-6, or E-7 must take the Navy Enlisted Rate Exam. The exam covers both rate-specific material and Basic Military Requirements (BMR, now called PMK, for Professional Military Knowledge), the individual’s general knowledge of the military, its practices, and its history. The sheer volume of material required to review for this exam is staggering, and many people need help organizing, processing, and retaining the information it contains.
